ABOUT

Kennedy AYres, PT, DPT

Doctor of Physical Therapy

Meet Kennedy Ayres, a dynamic physical therapist who turns her own sports passions into specialized care for her patients. Kennedy's love for soccer started young, playing for her club team and continuing through college at Central Washington University, where she earned her degree in Clinical Physiology with a Psychology minor. Her path to physical therapy began after an ACL injury introduced her to the power of rehab and strength training.

After graduating from South College with a Doctor of Physical Therapy, Kennedy developed her own approach to treatment. She focuses on easing pain through manual therapy and customizes activity modifications combined with strength training to help bodies handle more stress and stay active. She’s particularly keen on developing personalized plans that reflect each patient’s goals.

Kennedy has a special interest in helping everyone from soccer players to CrossFit enthusiasts, with a particular focus on pelvic floor and women’s health. When she’s not in the clinic, you can find her at CrossFit, hitting the trails with her dogs, or enjoying the lake in the summer. Kennedy brings a personal touch to her therapy sessions, ensuring everyone she works with feels supported in their journey to better health.
