Our Seattle clinic (formerly HIDEF Seattle) is downtown Seattle, Wa on 5th avenue in Belltown right near the border of South Lake Union and Queen Anne. We are right in the middle of the many Amazon buildings. The Amazon Spheres are right around the corner. Because of our central location we are able to serve many of the nearby Seattle neighborhoods. We are physical therapist owned, which means our focus is on quality of care and want you to have a great experience.

Dr. Noelle White, PT, DPT
Doctor of Physical Therapy | Director
Noelle White is a skilled and compassionate physical therapist based in Seattle. With a degree in Health Sciences and NCAA Division II ice hockey experience from Franklin Pierce University, Noelle earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from Loma Linda University. Since then, she has gained valuable experience working in Loma Linda's orthopedic residency program, as well as in Olympia, WA, and the greater Seattle area.

Noelle specializes in orthopedic and sports rehabilitation, injury prevention, and sports performance. She takes a holistic and movement-based approach to treatment and creates customized treatment plans that help active individuals and athletes of all levels achieve their desired outcomes. Noelle believes that movement is a powerful tool for healing and improving quality of life, and she takes the time to listen to each patient, understand their unique needs, and develop a plan that works for them.

Dr. David Beske, PT, DPT
Doctor of Physical Therapy
David has a wide variety of experience in outpatient orthopedics. As current football and basketball coach and lifelong athlete himself, David understands sports injuries from both personal and professional experience.
David earned the opportunity to complete an internship with the UFC Performance Institute in Las Vegas where he was able to work with professional athletes in a variety of different sports. While at the UFC PI he had the opportunity to learn under some of the best practitioners in the country for sports medicine.

David uses an patient centered approach and works as a team with his patients to develop a treatment plan. David is currently treating in our physical therapy clinic in Seattle, Wa.

Andy Mai is a physical therapist at the Seattle location. He has a special interest in treating runners of all levels and analyzing running gait. He received his doctorate of physical therapy degree at Chapman University in Orange, CA.

His interest in human movement started back in high school when taking his first anatomy class. The curiosity is what allowed him to pursue physical therapy. He has worked closely with athletes – from weekend warriors to marathoners – to fine-tune their stride mechanics and prevent injuries. His emphasis on strength training coupled with running analysis can help empower patients to understand their bodies better.
Outside of work, you will likely see him running, strength training, snowboarding, and eating his way around Seattle.
His mission is simple: help you move better, run stronger, and enjoy every step along the way.

Giovanni’s clinical interests within the field of physical therapy include orthopedic and sport rehabilitation, post-operative rehabilitation, spine disorders, and concussion and vestibular
rehabilitation. He is a lifelong athlete, specifically training and competing in combat sports most of his life and recently earning his Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Brown Belt under Lucas “The Hulk” Barbosa.
His experience, training and own history with sport injures have given him a special interest in serving that community.

Giovanni Figueroa attended University of Sacred Heart in Santurce Puerto Rico where he earned his bachelors degree in Exercise Science. He then attended the University of Puerto Rico
Medical Science Campus where he received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy. He has been mentored by and worked alongside some of the leading physical therapist in Puerto Rico which
have worked with multiple Puerto Rican Olympic sports teams and athletes.

Our clinic in downtown Seattle, Wa was our very first clinic. The clinic was started inside of a 4,000 sq/ft gym and was then moved into Crossfit Felix which is a 7,000 sq/ft gym. This location has all of the equipment to take someone from day one after injury all the way to 100% and far beyond. We understand you have a busy lifestyle, which is why we have extended hours at our clinic.
Do you treat work related injuries at the Seattle physical therapy location?
Yes, we can help with a work related injury. We take most forms of workers comp insurance including state and private workers comp. We also work with workers comp plans outside of the state of Washington as well. If you have suffered a work related injury give us a call!
