5 years huh?
First off, thanks for being here.
I promise we don't take it lightly that you trust us with your health and support us as well.
You are appreciated. More than you know.
Second, shoutout to my brother and business partner Zach.
We always joke that we never would have started this without me but we wouldn't still be in business without Zach.
Its true. I couldn't be here and I wouldn't want to be here without him.
No one will know the amount of work this guy puts in. All while still being present for his family.
Special stuff and we're lucky to have him.
Third, shoutout to our dream team.
Everyone thats taken a chance on HIDEF.
It's getting easier and easier to attract great people but in the beginning...
When all we could offer was a dollar and a dream!?
Health insurance? Never heard of him.
PTO? More like TO...
Somehow some people saw something in us.
And here we are.(we've added all those benefits since and more btw)
It's hard to predict how far along we'll be in the next 5 years.
But I do know one thing...
THE BEST IS AHEAD!!!
