Sports Injury Rehabilitation

 

Sports injuries are common in all levels of athletics. Whether you are a professional athlete or simply enjoy working out, you have likely experienced some form of injury. Some sports injuries are due to overuse. These types of injuries typically come on slowly over time but can lead to pain that keeps you from being able to be active. Sports injury rehabilitation is a specialized form of rehab that focuses on return to performance in whatever sport you are doing. This will include individualized exercises that focus on sports specific movements. Some of these conditions include:

Other times athletes can experience an acute injury such as a strained muscles, torn ligament, fractured bone, or sprained joint. Some of the common ones we see in our clinic include:
