Doctor of Physical Therapy

Andy Mai is a physical therapist at the Seattle location. He has a special interest in treating runners of all levels and analyzing running gait. He received his doctorate of physical therapy degree at Chapman University in Orange, CA.

His interest in human movement started back in high school when taking his first anatomy class. The curiosity is what allowed him to pursue physical therapy. He has worked closely with athletes  – from weekend warriors to marathoners – to fine-tune their stride mechanics and prevent injuries. His emphasis on strength training coupled with running analysis can help empower patients to understand their bodies better.

Outside of work, you will likely see him running, strength training, snowboarding, and eating his way around Seattle.

His mission is simple: help you move better, run stronger, and enjoy every step along the way.
